Day Two: I Got Two Guns...

This day was a full day, let me tell you. We had stumbled onto a monastic community, and hiked through an unusual cemetery. We weren't done yet, as well still had not reached the actual town of Tombstone!

As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by one of many genuine looking cowboys, who gave us a breakdown of the area and brought us to a reenactment set he starred in. After that, we went on a tour of Tombstone in an authentic carriage from the 1800's.

It was pretty late in the day by the end of that, and we had seen what we came for, so we departed for Las Cruces to get some Farley's and some rest.

It's a good thing Farley's makes strong drinks, or I may have not survived the night at this literal roach motel. Seriously, there was a roach, belly up, right as we opened the door. Had we not been so exhausted, we would have left, but we tried to make do.

I stayed on top of the sheets, fully clothed, and pretty much didn't sleep. That sign is the only photo I seem to have of this place, since I couldn't steady my camera through the dry heaving.
