I cannot stand meditation. I have no patience for it, which is probably the main reason I should try harder at it. It's pretty hard for me to hold still for any length of time, and even harder if there isn't some sort of stimulation involved, like reading.
Yoga, on the other hand, would probably make a happy medium of activity and calm. I keep saying I'm going to try it, but then I find something else to do instead, like Candy Crush, or actually being productive around the house. I get more things done when I'm trying to put off something else.
Do any of you nice people meditate, or do yoga? What styles and methods do you use?
