#AskThicke Why I'm Not Laughing

I'm working on a few hefty posts, which are taking more research and introspection than I thought.
So, to keep you nice people happy, here's some tweets from one of my favorite flopped campaigns - #AskThicke.

I'm normally a pretty level-headed chick when it comes to emotionally charged scandals like Robin Thicke's Blurred Lines. I'm not saying I want to see the guy's head on a stake, or even that he's the first or worst offender when it comes to perpetuating rape culture. He just happens to be the one pointed out by an organized group, and so far has been unapologetic about the way his work was received. He actually claims in that interview with GQ that it was all a joke! I don't know about everyone else, but none of that video looked funny to me.

Why is all this important? This is why.

This is a submission from Project Unbreakable.
"The mission of Project Unbreakable is to increase awareness of the issues surrounding sexual assault and encourage the act of healing through art."
Consent is not something to make light of, Robin. That's where you done fucked up.
