Day Four: Midnight Train

From San Antonio, revived by the powers of the Hun, we booked it straight across Texas to make for a late night arrival in Houma. Since we didn't want to disturb anyone at that hour, we popped in at a local Holiday Inn adjacent to some dinner options. This particular one had an unique bathroom decor, with this glass counter/sink I have never seen before.

With the increasing need to remove our pants and relieve our butts of carseat crush, we wimped out on grabbing food somewhere and just limped down the little lounge they had in the lobby.
We got there just before closing, and almost opted for a doggy bag, when we noticed their setup as well as their friendly staff.

Yup, a television in every booth, with it's own remote. MURICA!
Also, the seats were super squishy soft, and eating down there meant no mess to handle in the room.
We both kept it simple and got their signature burger, which was pretty damn tasty.

And then, we slipped into small comas.
