Tastes Like Feels

Beyond food, there's not much else I do to "nourish" myself. I suppose surrounding myself with pleasant (read: funny) company might count as nourishment, but usually I don't visit people when I feel crappy.


I seriously have a borderline problem with food. I am a very emotional eater, which we all know is a short road to disaster.


It's such an easy fix most days; sad, eat tastiness, enjoy tastiness, feel tastiness fill the belly = happies. What's more nourishing than that?
