Dem Good Eats

I don't think I could pick one celebrity chef to dine with, but if I really had to, forced at gunpoint, to narrow it down to one, I guess I'd pick Alton Brown. I love a lot of celebrity chefs for different reasons, which makes it really hard to pick, but I find more often than not when I need guidance for a dish I turn to his tips.

The man is brilliant, in that he acknowledges and makes use of the science involved in cooking while still producing a level of artistry.

On top of his mastery of the kitchen, the man is also ridiculously entertaining with witty, albeit sometimes cheesy humor.

I imagine a meal with him would not only be an interactive cooking adventure ending in delicious, but also incredibly engaging and hilarious. Don't tell Husband!!
